Name keychain generator

Type a name, tweak the size, and download a ready-to-print keychain STL with raised letters.

Keychain size (W × H × T)—
Triangles—

Tip: pause at the layer where letters start to swap filament colour.

How it works

Your text is drawn at 4 pixels per millimetre, a rounded border is grown around it to form the tag, and a ring with a hole is added on the left. Each pixel becomes a 0.25 mm column — base thickness for the tag, base plus letter height where the letters are — and the columns are merged into a closed STL.

Layer height0.2 mm (letter height a multiple of it)
Infill100% (it's thin)

FAQ

How do I make a custom name keychain?

Type the name above, adjust letter size and border, then click Download STL and print it flat.

How do I print the letters in a different colour?

In your slicer, add a pause or filament change at the layer where the letters begin (the base thickness, 2 mm by default).

Can I sell keychains made with this?

Yes, the STL you generate is yours. Check the licence of any font you rely on if you sell commercially.

Why do some fonts look different?

The tool uses fonts installed on your device, so the same option may vary slightly between phones and computers.
